Erick Toledo

Erick Toledo is a professional with extensive experience in monitoring, evaluation, and development of progress reports for various contracting agencies, including USDA RD, USEPA, and state health departments, as the New Hampshire State Lead at RCAP Solutions, Inc. since March 2019. In this role, Erick has honed expertise in Asset Management, Capital Improvement, Emergency Response, Vulnerability and Environmental Assessments, Income Surveys, Rate and Financial Analysis, and Source Water Protection Plans across multiple states such as Colorado, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island. Prior to this position, Erick served as the New Hampshire Manager and Rural Community Specialist at the Rural Community Assistance Corporation (RCAC) from December 2015 to April 2017. Erick holds a Master's degree in Sustainable Development & Conservation Biology from the University of Maryland at College Park, completed between 1998 and 2000.
