Michael Paul is currently the Director of Quality Assurance at RCD Components, having held various leadership roles in quality and cybersecurity throughout their career. With over two decades of experience, Michael previously served as a Program Manager and Program Analyst for the United States Department of Defense. They also specialized in cybersecurity as the Cybersecurity Lead at Instrumentation Laboratory and later as the Cybersecurity Program Manager at Werfen. In addition to their professional roles, Michael has been actively involved as a self-employed Ice Hockey Official since 1991 and has held the position of Referee-in-Chief for the Manchester Regional Youth Hockey Association.
