Hank Dawson

Hank Dawson has extensive experience in facilities management and engineering within the healthcare sector, currently serving as the Director of SPG at RCD Inc. Electrical Services since August 2022. Previously, Hank held the position of Director of Facilities Compliance at Inova Health System from November 2021 to April 2023 and was a Plant Engineering Manager at UVA Health for a brief period in 2021. From January 2015 to July 2021, Hank served as Plant Engineering Manager and Sr. Construction Manager at Novant Health UVA Health System, overseeing project planning, budgeting, design, and construction for large-scale projects. Earlier in their career, Hank gained valuable experience as a Manager of Plant Engineering Services and Project Coordinator at Novant Health from August 2006 to January 2015. Hank holds a degree from the University of Phoenix, received between 2007 and 2017.
