Su Dorrian is a Consultant in Emergency Medicine and the Deputy Medical Director for Medical Education at University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust. They serve as the West Midlands Regional Chair for the Royal College of Emergency Medicine and lead initiatives in clinical guidelines and the opening of an Urgent Treatment Centre. With a strong focus on medical education, they hold a PGCert and a PGCE in medical education from the University of Warwick, and previously worked on transformational changes across trust sites. Currently, Su is involved in developing policies to promote diversity in the workforce and enhancing the educational environment in healthcare.
