Gabe Rottman is the Vice President of Policy at the Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press, a position held since 2025. Rottman previously served as Director of the Technology and Press Freedom Project at the same organization from 2018 to 2025 and held various roles in advocacy and law, including Washington Director at PEN America and Senior Writer at the ACLU. Rottman also worked as a consultant at Criterion Economics and as an associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP.
