About RCG, Inc.
RCG, Inc. is a veteran-owned small business with over two decades of experience delivering mission-critical solutions, specialized expertise, and warfighter-focused services across the Defense and commercial sectors.
At RCG, we start with the why before defining the what. Too often, innovative capabilities fail to meet operational needs because they were built around technology first — not purpose. We ensure that every solution is grounded in enduring mission requirements, asking the right questions from the start to deliver technology that truly performs in tactical reality.
By partnering closely with our customers, we look beyond system delivery to anticipate the transformative impact of new technologies in real-world environments.
Our unique cross-functional structure integrates service and solution teams that deliver:
Subject Matter Expertise in next-generation Tactical Air Operations, advanced military technical systems, and project leadership.
Software Engineering Solutions utilizing modern DevOps and SecDevOps practices.
OTTI Design & Support through LVC integration, systems engineering, and operational analysis.
Collaborative Combat Aircraft (CCA) design, integration, and analysis using advanced autonomy and human-teaming technologies.
Commercial Software Solutions providing B2B software design services and product development for mission-aligned innovation.
At RCG, we don’t just deliver technology — we deliver purpose-driven solutions that redefine what’s possible.
