Vinod Bhardwaj

Vinod Bhardwaj is the Chief Technical Officer at RChilli, a resume analytics company. Vinod has over 10 years of experience in the IT industry and has been with RChilli since its inception in 2011.

Bhardwaj began their career as a Technology Manager at Connoisseur Infotech Pvt. Ltd. in February 2011. Vinod was responsible for coordinating and managing the technical development of large-scale, distributed software applications, systems, platforms, services, or technologies throughout the complete software development lifecycle. Vinod also interacted with developers, QA, product managers and senior management on a regular basis, ran meetings, created and maintained timelines, and kept large, diverse groups informed of progress and obstacles.

In May 2012, Bhardwaj joined RChilli as its first employee. Since then, they have been instrumental in driving the company's software development efforts and managing priorities for project/program completion, including scheduling and execution. Vinod has also worked with engineers to develop detailed and creative solutions to complex problems, while keeping a watchful eye on timelines and costs.

Under Bhardwaj's leadership, RChilli has become a leading provider of resume parsing and data extraction solutions. The company's products are used by over 1,000 customers in more than 50 countries around the world.

Vinod Bhardwaj has a Master of Computer Applications from Maharshi Dayanand University, a Master of Science in Computer Science from Maharishi Dayanand University, and a Bachelor of Arts from Panjab University. Vinod also has certification in Deep Learning with TensorFlow from NobleProg, Neo4j Certified Professional from Neo Technology, and Leadership Training for Managers from Dale Carnegie Training India. Finally, they have a certification in Introduction to Natural Language Processing from the University of Michigan offered through Coursera.

Vinod Bhardwaj reports to Vinay Johar, Chief Executive Officer. They are on a team with Joshua Adams - Director, ERP Operations, Inder Pal Singh - Sr. Director, Development, and Navjot Kaur - Associate Director, Creative Writing.
