Meshea Web

Meshea Web currently serves as the Senior Director of Human Resources at the Russell Innovation Center for Entrepreneurs since April 2024. Prior to this role, Meshea held the position of Senior Director of Human Resources & Career Pathing at the National Black MBA Association from January 2021 to January 2024, where responsibilities included advising on organizational design, leading talent acquisition, and enhancing Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) initiatives. Meshea's experience also encompasses a tenure as Human Resources Manager at the Georgia Aquarium from October 2015 to January 2021, focusing on full-cycle recruiting and staff development, as well as roles at Gentiva Health Services in both the Regional Finance Division and Hospice Division, managing operational activities and human resource functions. Meshea holds a Master of Business Administration from Shorter University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Morris Brown College.
