Heidi Hunt

Heidi Hunt has extensive experience in workforce management and project management across various segments of General Electric and other companies. At General Electric from 2007 to 2018, Heidi held roles including Sr. Technical Project Manager within the Workforce Management Center of Excellence, leading global implementations of Time and Attendance tools. Key achievements include performing root cause analyses on absence data, mentoring colleagues, and managing payroll for approximately 3,000 employees during a ten-year tenure as Lead Payroll Specialist. In 2017-2018, Heidi led the Baker Hughes acquisition project, implementing Kronos timekeeping for over 10,000 employees. Currently, as an ADP Project Manager and UKG Ready HR Implementation Consultant at RCM Technologies, Heidi manages transitions to the ADP HCM platform and provides consulting for HR module implementations. Previous experience also includes serving as a Sr. Technology Consultant at PROCare HR.
