Most operators spend 80% of their maintenance budget on the wrong 20% of their equipment. The data to fix this already exists in your CMMS. What is missing is the analytical structure to turn it into prioritized action.

RCMEX is an Operational Integrity Intelligence firm. We combine reliability engineering, process safety, and industrial control systems expertise to identify where operational risk concentrates in complex industrial environments.

Our proprietary framework, Criticality-Based Operational Integrity Intelligence (CBOII), replaces gut-feel maintenance decisions with ranked, evidence-based action. We identify which assets pose the greatest risk, which safeguards carry the greatest integrity exposure, and which control systems create operational vulnerabilities.

What we do:

- Criticality-Based Reliability Intelligence: We identify bad actors, gaps in your PM program, and where maintenance spend is misaligned with actual risk.

- Criticality-Based Process Safety Intelligence: We map safety integrity risk concentration across safeguards, SIFs, and instrumented functions.

- Criticality-Based OT Cyber Intelligence: We identify control-layer cyber exposure tied directly to operational risk.
