Austin Anderson

Austin Anderson has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Austin began their career as a Manager of Customer Success at 1-800 CONTACTS in 2008, where they worked until 2012. Austin then joined Fishbowl in 2012 and held various roles, including Account Manager and later Account Executive, where they demonstrated strong sales skills and consistently exceeded revenue quotas. In 2017, Austin was promoted to Vice President of Customer Training & Product Support at Fishbowl, leading a team and driving customer satisfaction and retention. Currently, they are the Director of Customer Success at RCReports, Inc., where they are responsible for providing accurate insights and ensuring client compliance and maximum payroll tax savings.

Austin Anderson received their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Utah Valley University in 2014. Austin went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management at West Texas A&M University, completing their studies in 2022.
