Established in 1989, RCS Corporation was Japan’s first company to specialize in dispatching Assistant Language Teachers (ALTs) to public schools. For over three decades, we’ve been helping international educators build meaningful careers while making a real difference in classrooms across Japan.

With a strong presence in the Kanto region—especially Tokyo, Saitama, and Gunma—RCS has earned a reputation as a trusted leader in supporting and empowering foreign teachers.

We may not be the biggest ALT company, but we take pride in being one of the best. At RCS, you’re never just a number—our HR team knows every teacher personally and provides the support you need to thrive. From arrival to classroom success, we’re with you every step of the way.

We also work closely with our teachers to develop strong team-teaching skills, helping you collaborate effectively with Japanese English teachers. Together, you’ll create dynamic, engaging lessons that bring out the best in every student—and in yourself.

Join RCS and become part of a company that values professionalism, teamwork, and the joy of teaching.
