John Malphrus is a dedicated Chaplain and Human Resources Manager with a passion for fostering relationships across diverse cultures. They served as the Logistics Coordinator for the International Mission Board in Peru from 2014 to 2017, where they collaborated with locals to address various needs. John currently fulfills their role as a Chaplain at Employee Care of America and continues to manage human resources at RCS Grading, Inc. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Clemson University and a Master’s degree in Missions and Missiology from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.
