Joni Welling is an accomplished accounting leader with nearly two decades of experience in financial management. Previously, Joni served as Director of Accounting Services at Affiliates Management Company, where they focused on streamlining processes and delivering accurate financial statements across multiple entities. Joni's earlier roles include Accounting Manager at the same company and Revenue Manager at John Q. Hammons Hotels & Resorts. Currently, Joni is the Accounting Controller at RCS Millwork, leveraging their extensive expertise to foster operational efficiencies and enhance compliance. Joni holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Graceland University and an Associate's degree in Business/Commerce from AIB College of Business.
