Lisa Blanton is the Exceptional Children Program Director at Rutherford County Schools. Previously, Lisa served as an EC Teacher/Diagnostician at Cleveland County Schools from 1998 to 2008 and as an EC Program Specialist at Rutherford County Schools from 2008 to 2014. Lisa earned a BA in Psychology from UNC Chapel Hill and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Special Education and Teaching at UNC Charlotte.
