Mitchell Cowling

Mitchell Cowling is an experienced engineer currently serving as a Project Engineer at RCT since May 2023, focusing on advancements in the "Control Master" product line for mining and industrial vehicle operations. As the Director of Mico Engineering, which Mitchell founded, Mitchell provides expertise in project engineering and product development. Previously, Mitchell held the position of Lead Project Engineer at FLSmidth, where Mitchell designed automated laboratories for the mining sector across Canada, Mexico, and Western Australia. Mitchell's earlier roles include Senior Mechanical Engineer at SFDesign, where product design was a primary responsibility, and Design Engineer positions at both MIS Carbonart and Mineral Resources Limited, specializing in vehicle dynamics and composite equipment. Earlier career experience includes working at Cape Bouvard Investments as a Mechanical Engineer, where Mitchell contributed to energy storage technologies and holds patents for innovations developed. Mitchell Cowling holds a Master's degree in Professional Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Western Australia.
