Jun Han is the CTO of RCT Power, a position they have held since 2024. They previously served as Director of Battery Systems at Jing-Jin Electric from 2016 to 2019, leading engineering capability development for high-voltage energy storage systems used in EV/PHEV/HEV, including battery module design, pack design, and BMS hardware and software development. They earned a Master of Science in Transportation Engineering from Purdue University (1991–1994). They held roles at Karma Automotive, A123 Systems, General Motors, Ford Motor Company, Delphi Automotive Systems, Siemens, and Beijing Jeep Motor Company.
