Yubing Wang

Yubing Wang has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Their most recent position was at R&D Altanova, where they served as the Director of Process Engineering. In this role, Yubing led the process engineering team and chemical lab, overseeing the manufacturing of complex ATE boards and optimizing production processes. They also played a pivotal role in new technology development and product roadmap development, collaborating with semiconductor customers and equipment manufacturers for process and tool qualification and development.

Before R&D Altanova, Yubing worked as a Sr. R&D Manager at Kulicke & Soffa, where they managed and led the R&D team in innovating manufacturing processes for dicing blades used in silicon wafer dicing and packaged chips singulation. They worked closely with marketing and sales to develop the company's product roadmap and establish customer relationships.

Prior to this, Yubing held various positions at OM Group Electronic Chemicals. They served as the Asia New Product Development Manager, leading the Asia R&D team in developing new products related to electrolytic copper plating additives and cleaning/conditioning products. Yubing also supported company business growth by collaborating with different departments, such as marketing and sales, and providing technical support at customers' sites.

At OM Group Electronic Chemicals, Yubing also served as the China Technical Manager, where they coordinated the global product application team to install production lines at various customers in China. They built a stronger local application team, improving their capabilities and communication skills. Yubing also demonstrated strong leadership in customer relationship development and people management.

Yubing's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Scientist at OM Group Electronic Chemicals, where they led and contributed to the development of multiple products for applications in printed circuit boards (PCB) and electroplating & finishing (EP&F). They also filed a patent for a post-treatment chemistry to prevent metal corrosion and supported the installation of new products in Asia and the US.

Before joining OM Group Electronic Chemicals, Yubing worked at Honeywell as a Nanotechnology Specialist, leading the development of nanomaterial-based transparent film conductors for antistatic films and touch screen coatings. They contributed to three patents and received three invention awards during their time at Honeywell.

Yubing also has experience as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the New Jersey Institute of Technology and as a Research Associate at DiAo Pharmaceutical Co.

Yubing Wang obtained a Bachelor's degree from West China University of Medical Science in the years 1994 to 1998. Subsequently, from 2002 to 2005, they pursued a PhD in Chemistry at the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
