Christopher Bowen is actively pursuing project investment, development, and advisory opportunities in areas such as commercial real estate, urban mixed-use, health and wellness, and tech-anchored city centers. They served as Chief Development Strategist at RD Management LLC from 2018 to 2025, focusing on the largest urban mixed-use development in Tampa Bay. Previously, they held key positions such as Vice President of Healthcare Real Estate Development at Irgens and Vice President of Practice Development & Corporate Real Estate at Vein Clinics of America. Christopher is currently studying for a Bachelor's degree in Advertising & Public Relations at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and pursuing a degree in Medical Real Estate Development at Universal Medical Buildings.
