Deborah Abud

Deborah Abud's work experience begins in 2013 as an International Intern at JP Oil. In 2015, they worked as an International Intern at Câmara de Comercio Colombo Brasilera. From 2016 to 2018, Deborah worked at RD Station as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), where they were responsible for prospecting new business opportunities and conducting initial contact with potential customers. Deborah also played a role in developing prospecting structures and the company's commercial service process. Deborah then held positions as a Channel Sales Development Coordinator and International Sales Development Coordinator at RD Station, where they coordinated SDR teams and contributed to finding Product Market Fit in Colombia and Mexico. Deborah also managed hiring, training, coaching, and monitoring of metrics. Deborah later served as a Channel Account Executive for Colombia, an International Sales Executive, and a Channel Account Manager for Colombian Partners at RD Station, where they focused on developing partners and generating leads through digital and inbound marketing projects. Currently, Deborah is the International Product Lead at RD Station, responsible for managing product managers and localization teams.

Deborah Abud completed their bachelor's degree in International Relations at the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina from 2011 to 2016. Deborah participated in an academic exchange program at the Universidad de Los Andes in 2015, studying Political Science and International Business. Currently, they are pursuing a postgraduate degree in Human Rights, Social Responsibility, and Global Citizenship at the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications in areas such as digital product leadership, product design, global branding, international team management, legal aspects of internationalization, creative learning, companies internationalization, SaaS sales method, leadership, fast track leadership, inbound marketing, and inbound sales.
