Bill Buell

Bill Buell possesses extensive experience in digital strategy and product design across multiple organizations. Currently, Bill serves as the Director of Digital Strategy & Experience and Director of Product Strategy & Design at RDA. Previously, Bill held the position of Senior Director of Operations & Product Delivery at RTS Labs and served as Chief Digital Officer at Fuel Digital. Bill also contributed to ICF Next as Vice President of Digital and worked as Creative Director & Account Manager at Venturi Technology Partners. Bill holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Savannah College of Art and Design, where studies were completed from 1989 to 1993.
