Jay Horan

James Horan serves as the Practice Director for Application Development and Modernization at RDA since March 2006, overseeing a $10MM annual revenue portfolio and leading strategic direction, sales initiatives, and software delivery teams, while also heading the Artificial Intelligence Competency Team. Horan previously held roles as the Director of Agile Development, focusing on SCRUM methodologies and project management, and as a Senior Project Manager managing diverse industry projects. Prior experience includes serving as Microsoft Practice Director at Solvepoint, Technical Manager at Lehigh Cement, and Senior Consultant at JW Technology, with extensive work in business analysis and system implementation for notable companies. Horan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
