Steven Griffin

Steven Griffin is a seasoned professional in business development and account management with extensive experience in the chemical industry. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development at RDAbbott since August 2023, Steven has previously held the role of Business Line Manager at the same company from December 2016 to October 2023, focusing on polymer additives. Prior to RDAbbott, Steven worked at Lanxess from February 2005 to December 2016, where responsibilities included serving as Account Manager for the Advanced Industrial Intermediates Business Unit in the US and Canada, and as Regional Account Manager for the Rubber Chemicals Business Unit. Steven's earlier experience includes various sales and marketing roles at The C.P. Hall Company from 1987 to 2005, where positions ranged from Inside Sales to Sales Manager for the Midwest region. Steven began a career in the chemical sector at TAB Chemical as a Chemical Operator from 1980 to 1986. Steven holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Lewis University, earned between 1982 and 1986.
