Veronica Guzman, AIA, NCARB, is a seasoned architectural professional currently serving as Senior Job Captain at RDC since April 2025. Prior to this role, Veronica held similar positions at studio one eleven and RDC (formerly Retail Design Collaborative), where responsibilities included overseeing project development and team coordination. Experience also includes a Designer role at Teass \ Warren Architects and a Design Intern position at Cornell University College of Architecture, Art, and Planning. Earlier, Veronica contributed as an intern at the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras, focusing on historic building surveying.
