With his mission-driven team Jesse builds and runs HIV data systems that serve over 250 thousand patients. Jesse supports public health and community-based organizations to advance the application of innovative technology to help make a quantifiable impact in Ending the Epidemic, with over two decades of proud experience in the field of HIV/AIDS, which has become his passion.
Jesse uses a people-centered approach to create user-friendly tools for quantifiable improvements for people living with HIV. He strives to make this work not only understandable, but fun.
Jesse serves as a grant reviewer for the US Department of Health and Human Services, a HRSA expert panel member, and a founding and steering member of P-TAS (People, Taking Action, Saving lives), an HIV outreach, testing, and care linkage initiative. Jesse has worked through the front-line challenges in improving quality management for HRSA Ryan White programs, CDC HIV prevention programs, and HUD HOPWA programs.
