Tom Miller

Tom Miller is an experienced quality management professional with extensive expertise in managing quality systems, resolving performance issues, and leading global teams across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Quality at The RDI Group, Tom has previously held similar positions at Morey and Molex, where responsibilities included managing site quality performance, leading design teams, and overseeing critical customer accounts. Prior roles at Sanmina-SCI and Motorola Solutions involved directing large teams and implementing Lean Six Sigma practices to enhance business profitability and quality standards. Tom holds an MBA from Roosevelt University and a BS in Computer Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
