Joseph’s 20+ years in Quality Assurance and Technical Support goes across the Amusement, Video Gaming, Movie & Film, and Advertising Industries. He has worked on many top-tier brands and franchises while at Electronic Arts, Perfect World Entertainment/Cryptic Studios, 5th Planet Games, and Tombras Advertising. His experience also includes maintaining various mechanical and electronic issues in large vehicle simulators, smaller arcades, pinball, & redemption games.

His perspective on caring about the customer’s viewpoint and how things affect them first helps focus resources and energy into where it can best be applied.
