Mark Slemp

VP, Software Development at RDI Technologies

Mark is the Vice President of Software development for RDI. He is responsible for the functionality, usability, and quality of the software that is used by RDI’s customers. His career includes over 25 years of developing vibration analysis software that is used to monitor and evaluate machinery reliability.

Prior to joining RDI in 2016, Mark worked for over 23 years at Emerson / CSI. He served various software development roles in their engineering organization including hands-on development of Windows-based applications, technical lead of projects, managing a team of developers, and also serving as the primary UX designer. The software that he developed involved vibration analysis of rotating industrial machinery with a focus on visualizing the data for analysis by the end-user.

Mark graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He also holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Tennessee.
