Christopher Griffin currently serves as the Director of Learning and Development at RDI Corporation, a position held since May 2017. In this role, responsibilities include overseeing the RDI Young Professionals Network, aimed at supporting future talent, as well as creating and executing company-wide learning strategies. Previously, Christopher worked at Total Quality Logistics from July 2013 to April 2017, where titles included Sales Training Specialist and Logistics Account Executive. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies from Miami University and has recently completed training through Dale Carnegie in March 2024.
