Jonathan Sprik

Jonathan Sprik is an experienced professional with a strong focus on company culture. Since January 2023, Jonathan has served as the host of The Culture Guy Podcast, a YouTube podcast dedicated to discussing the impact of company culture on the workplace. In addition to podcast hosting, Jonathan has been the Director of Culture at RDI Corporation since October 2012, where responsibilities include fostering a positive organizational culture. Jonathan also held the role of Program Manager at RDI Corporation. Jonathan's educational background includes studies at Azusa Pacific University from August 2007 to February 2009.
