Ryan Hazelrigg

Ryan Hazelrigg is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workforce management and performance evaluation. Currently serving as a Workforce Management Analyst at RDI Corporation since September 2013, Ryan has honed skills in workforce optimization and operational efficiency. Previously, Ryan worked at Convergys as a Command Center Associate from October 2008 to September 2013, and before that, held the role of Performance Leader at Comair from May 2004 to October 2008, where responsibilities included agent evaluations, monitoring flight adherence, managing agent disciplinary actions, and addressing escalated customer service issues.
