RDR was founded by Kathleen Ongena more than 20 years ago after she and her daughter experienced a traumatic event. After discovering brainwave sounds and experiencing a life-changing breakthrough, she began researching alpha-theta frequencies. Today, RDR is an award-winning acoustic stimulation wellness platform created to help people improve their quality of life, physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Just 15 minutes of customized sound daily for 3 weeks can transform how you feel and experience life.
