Dace Dixon

Dace Dixon began their career in 2006 as a Process Engineer at Kellogg Company, where they leveraged their strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills to fulfill the corporate product vision. Dace authored roadmaps, formulated strategic plans, gained user feedback, defined user requirements, and deployed new features. Dace also spearheaded risk assessments and prioritized change actions to upgrade equipment to current standards and improve safety. In 2009, Dixon moved to RDS Engineering as a Processing Project Engineer. In this position, they consistently modernized workflow, equipment performance, and processes to strengthen quality and reliability workflows aligned with value chains to drive continuous improvement and solidify market share. Dace applied their organizational skills to gather information, coordinate meetings, conceive roadmaps, execute project plans, lead process improvement, and train users.
