Mark Fraser

Mark Fraser is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in property development, project management, and governance. With a career spanning over two decades, key roles include Development Manager at McConnell Property Limited, where a significant mixed-tenure residential neighborhood was delivered, and General Manager at Kāinga Ora - Homes and Communities, overseeing the development of nearly 11,000 homes and significant infrastructure investments.
