Hadi Teleb

Hadi Teleb currently serves as COO/EVP at RDT Solutions, a role held since June 2020. Previously, Hadi held multiple senior positions at Highlights for Children, including Senior Vice President of Marketing and Vice President of Strategic Planning & Business Operations, from November 2020 to May 2025. Prior experience includes Associate Vice President of Strategy, Business/Marketing Operations & Product Lifecycle at Justice from 2017 to 2020, where Hadi also started as Director of Marketing Operations. Hadi's career includes director-level roles at L Brands, managing operations and marketing across Victoria's Secret, PINK, and Bath & Body Works from 2008 to 2017, and serving as General Manager at LOFT's flagship store in Times Square in 2006-2007. Earlier roles at Victoria's Secret & Co. as Store Director and various positions at Zumiez culminated in the position of District Manager. Hadi holds a BA in Communications, Spanish, and International Studies from the University of Denver and has studied at the Center for International Studies in Madrid, Spain.
