Lennard Eussen is currently the Manager Testen ADR ATP at RDW. Previously, they served as an Adviseur bedrijfsvoering at Zorg en Zekerheid from 2015 to 2018, where they advised on continuous improvement using lean methodology and supported departmental managers in enhancing customer processes. Lennard also contributed to leadership programs and served as the product owner for an online portal. They earned a Master of Arts in History from the University of Amsterdam between 2014 and 2017.
