Marcel Drost

Marcel Drost MBA is a senior advisor at RDW, bringing extensive experience in management and coaching across various sectors. Previously, they held leadership positions at ING and Nationale-Nederlanden, where they successfully managed teams and implemented organizational development projects. Marcel has also worked as a consultant and trainer, focusing on re-integration and career coaching. They are currently pursuing a masterclass in Agile Management & Leadership at Nyenrode Business Universiteit. In their free time, Marcel enjoys spending time with family and friends, engaging in outdoor activities like running, tennis, and golf.
