Mieke de Groot earned a Master's Degree in Arbeids- en organisatiepsychologie from Rijksuniversiteit Groningen in 1988. They began their career in Quality Assurance at BPB De Eendracht from 1989 to 1994, followed by a role in HR advice and programs at Friesland Bank from 1997 to 2010. Since 2010, Mieke has been part of RDW, where they currently work in the MT Divisie Tolheffing and previously served in the MT Divisie ICT / HR Advies. Earlier experience includes organizational advice at Vos & Partners from 1994 to 1997.
