Matthew Pearson

Matthew Pearson is currently serving as Brand Coordinator at Re-Bath, LLC since November 2023. Prior experience includes the role of Executive Team Lead Human Resources at Target from June 2021 to December 2023, and Assistant Store Manager at Lowe's Home Improvement from May 2011 to June 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing staff management, store operations, and compliance measures. Earlier, Matthew served as a Graduate Assistant at Central Michigan University from August 2009 to May 2011, performing teaching duties and facilitating student assessments. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Interpersonal & Public Communication and is nearing completion of a Master of Arts in Communication with a focus on interpersonal and organizational studies, both from Central Michigan University.
