RE-DEFINED was born out of a simple idea - to unlock the world of flexible workspace for both landlords and occupiers, providing an open, honest and transparent service. 

We are a Flex Operating Partner, delivering a range of solutions to help landlords to offer customised flexible workspaces that enhance and integrate within wider building strategies. Our mission is to help landlords to realise the significant upsides of offering their own flexible office space, without any of the hassle. 

In 2022, we entered into a partnership with MAPP, one of the UK's leading property management businesses. This allows us to directly tap into industry leading teams with expertise across a broad spectrum, covering management, operations, billings & accounting, sustainability, wellness, occupier experience, building consultancy and asset management. 

Our management team have worked in senior positions at some of the UK's leading flex workspace operators, including WeWork, Workspace Group and Hana. We are taking the lessons learned from opening and operating hundreds of thousands of sq ft of flex space, and coupling it with the strong foundations MAPP have created over 25 years, to deliver what we believe to be the first true partner for landlords looking to integrate robust flex solutions across an individual asset, or a portfolio.
