Graham Pardoe has a diverse work experience in various industries. Graham started their career at Mondelēz International as a Sales Development Executive in 2014. Graham then moved on to a role at athenahealth, where they worked as a Revenue Analyst, Senior Operations Analyst, and an Associate, where they project managed complex healthcare software issues and communicated them effectively to c-level executives.

In 2018, Graham worked as a Key Account Representative at Reach Contact Field Marketing and later became a Group Leader for the UK and Ireland at Flashbay.

From 2019 to 2022, Graham joined the Met Office, initially as a Data Sales Manager, where they exploited supercomputer capabilities through the Weather DataHub platform. Graham also managed a team of Account Managers, established relationships with weather data users, and represented the UK in international working groups. Later, they became a Product Manager, collaborating with technical squads and stakeholders to supply the aviation industry with meteorological data and products.

Currently, Graham Pardoe is employed at Re-flow Field Management as a Business Development Manager, starting in October 2022.

Graham Pardoe completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Biology from Bangor University between the years 2010 and 2014. Additionally, from 2012 to 2013, they pursued studies in Biology, specifically in the field of General Biology, at the University of Maine. Apart from their formal education, Graham obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Scrum Alliance in September 2022.
