We are a fully accredited complete solutions contractor. We have taken a new approach to refurbishment and construction. We provide sustainable methods of construction with effective waste management.

•	Planned and Responsive Maintenance 
We provide a 24 hour call out and 2-hour response service. We cover all trades with fully trained and accredited operatives. All types of maintenance are covered including mechanical and electrical issues.

•	Regeneration and Restoration 
We complete restoration projects on Grade II listed buildings using traditional techniques. Our recent works have included schools, houses, public buildings, churches and chapels.

•	Office and Commercial Fit Out 
We offer our clients a one stop shop for all their project needs. We have the facility to offer a fully functioning design team, specialist energy saving team and in-house M&E Division plus a large pool of in house operatives who together cover a wide variety of trades.

•	Private Development
With development of both residential and commercial building including design we can offer our clients a complete package from feasibility through to the completed project incorporating new build construction, refurbishment, extensions and dilapidations. 

•	Sustainable Construction Services
Our sustainable services include Solar Photo Voltaic Installation, LED Lighting Conversion, Green roofs, Raw Water Harvesting and Recycled SIP.
