John Offerman

John Offerman has a strong background in sustainability and continuous improvement, with extensive experience in project management and engineering. They served as Projects Director at Coega Brick from 2015 to 2023 and have held various positions including MRF Manager at Re.Group since 2024. John also worked as a Consultant in project management from 2013 to 2014 and as a Plant Manager at Austral Bricks from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, they were the Manufacturing Manager at Selkirk Brick from 2012 to 2013 and held roles as both Project Manager and Chairman at Algoa Brick from 2002 to 2023. John began their career as a Graduate Civil Engineer at Stewart Scott Consulting from 1999 to 2002.
