Kris Fraser is a seasoned legal and commercial professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Commercial Manager at Re.Group since December 2022, Kris previously held significant positions including COO and Head of Contracts and Compliance at Lifecycle Plus from April 2016 to November 2022. Other notable roles include General Manager at Elite Technology Finance, Solicitor at Polczynski Lawyers, and Associate positions at Brown Rudnick LLP and Quinn Emanuel. Kris's legal career began as Solicitor at Gallaway Cook Allan Lawyers, complemented by earlier experience as a Locum Lawyer and Lawyer at Tube Lines and Greenhalgh Pickard, respectively. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Otago, along with secondary education from Otago Boys High School.
