Director - UX Research & Experience Design at Re-Leased

Meg M. has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Meg is currently the Director of UX Research & Experience Design at Re-Leased since May 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Service Design at M&M Digital | Design from May 2020 to May 2021. Meg also served as an Investment Manager at Investment Portfolio from February 2014 to May 2021.

In their previous positions, Meg held the position of Head of Customer Experience Design and Engagement at Fingermark from February 2019 to March 2020. Meg also worked as an Experience Design Manager - Service Design at Deloitte Digital from July 2017 to December 2018.

Before transitioning into the field of design, Meg ran their own interior and spatial design business, Meg MacIntyre Interior Design, from January 2009 to December 2013. During this time, they completed various residential interior design projects, collaborated with clients to optimize their budgets and spaces, and managed design implementation with builders and trades.

Earlier in their career, Meg worked as a Corporate Finance Director at KBC Bank & Verzekering from July 2000 to November 2008. Meg managed a multitude of equity capital market transactions and successfully led teams to raise equity finance and list companies on the London Stock Exchange.

Meg began their career at Deloitte New Zealand, where they held several roles including Corporate Finance Senior Analyst, Assurance and Advisory Senior Analyst, and Business Advisory Services Analyst from 1995 to 2000.

Overall, Meg's work experience reflects a strong background in service design, user experience research, investment management, financial analysis, and interior design.

Meg M. has a diverse education history. Meg began their academic journey in 1991 at Victoria University of Wellington, where they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration degree with a focus on Accounting and Commercial Law. During the same period, they also pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and French language from the same university. Meg completed both programs in 1995.

In 2009, Meg decided to explore their interest in Interior Design and enrolled in the University of the Arts London. Meg completed modules 1 and 3 of the Interior Design program in 2010.

In 2015, Meg furthered their education by pursuing a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at The University of Sydney Business School. Meg completed this program in 2017.
