Regina Ballard

Regina Ballard has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting roles. Regina has worked at Solar Energy Trade Shows, LLC since 2016, progressing from Senior Accounting Manager to Deputy Director of Finance & HR and currently holds the position of Director of Finance & HR. In their roles, they have been responsible for managing financial operations, including month-end closing, bank reconciliation, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and manual invoicing.

Prior to their current position, Regina worked as an Accountant at Savi Technology from 2015 to 2016.

Before that, they worked at Solar Energy Trade Shows, LLC as a Staff Accountant/HR Manager, where they handled various financial tasks such as month-end closing, bank reconciliation, revenue and liability accounts, and accounts payable processes.

Additionally, Regina gained experience at Southern Metals Recycling from 2010 to 2013, holding the role of Logistics, Pricing, and Industrial Accounts. In this position, they were responsible for processing transactions, working closely with the Controller to ensure accuracy, and completing accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.

Regina Ballard earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from Columbia College between 2008 and 2010. Additionally, they obtained the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification from Certified Management Accountant: CMA® and the IMA | Institute of Management Accountants in September 2022.
