Brittany Steep

Brittany Steep currently serves as the Director of Project Management at reSolved, a position held since August 2024. Prior to this role, Brittany held various positions at Lyrical Security from July 2021 to August 2024, including Sr. Manager of PMO and Process Optimization, PMO Manager, and Sr. Project Manager/PMO Lead. Brittany also contributed to academia as a Professor of Project Management at Conestoga College from August 2021 to August 2022. Previous professional experience includes roles as a Sr. Project Manager at Iversoft, and diverse positions within NAV CANADA, iPipeline, eSentire, Sleeman Breweries Ltd., Allianz Global Assistance, and Sun Life Financial, with a focus on project management and operations analysis. Brittany holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Business Administration Option from Wilfrid Laurier University and has completed professional development courses in Project Management and Business Analysis at the University of Waterloo.
