Tema Goodspeed has a strong background in sustainability and energy efficiency, working in various roles to help commercial real estate owners develop and enhance their sustainability practices. With experience in managing reporting teams and producing client sustainability reports using frameworks like GRESB, GRI, and UNPRI, Tema is currently serving as the Senior Director, Head of ESG Programs at RE Tech Advisors. Additionally, Tema has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and Engineering and Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon University.
