Juily Pak

Juily Pak has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Juily currently works as a Delivery Lead at REA Group since January 2022. Prior to this role, they served as an Operational Support Coordinator at the same company from May 2021 to January 2022.

Before joining REA Group, Juily worked at the University of Melbourne in various roles. From February 2021 to May 2021, they worked as a Student Digital Capabilities Coordinator. Prior to that, they held the position of Student IT Team Coordinator from November 2018 to February 2021. In this role, they managed a team of 30 staff members and provided Tier 1 IT support for students.

Juily also served as an Academic & Learning Systems Officer from March 2020 to December 2020. In this role, they specialized in supporting the University's learning technologies and creating user guides for staff and students. Additionally, they worked as a Student IT Helpdesk Support Officer from July 2015 to February 2019 and as IT Support Centre - Learning Space Support from November 2017 to September 2018.

Furthermore, Juily had the opportunity to represent students as a Student Representative from March 2014 to February 2018. Overall, their work experience demonstrates not only their technical expertise in IT support and learning systems but also their ability to lead and coordinate teams.

Juily Pak has a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Orthotics and Prosthetics from La Trobe University. Juily also holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Physiology from the University of Melbourne. In addition, they completed an extension program in Accelerated Mathematics at the University of Melbourne.
