Julia Bourke

Julia Bourke is a seasoned professional in sales enablement and marketing, currently serving as the Senior Sales Enablement Manager for Customer Excellence at REA Group since November 2020. In this role, Julia collaborates with the National Sales team to enhance their effectiveness through tailored products, processes, tools, and training. Prior to REA Group, Julia was the Director of Marketing at Tribeca Financial, where strategic direction for client acquisition and brand strategy was provided. Julia also served as a Strategic Sales and Marketing Consultant and Coach at Think Thrive, focusing on sustainable business growth through improved client experiences. Julia's extensive experience includes various roles at Coca-Cola Amatil, where expertise in national customer marketing and business management was developed. Julia holds a Bachelor of Business in Marketing from RMIT University and completed VCE at Korowa Anglican Girls School.
